Soap Cutter

The Veeser Soap Cutter is designed to cut Cold & Hot Processed Soap as well as Melt & Pour Soap, however it is essential that the soap log has not fully cured prior to cutting.

Best condition to cut is once the soap base has reached a 'play dough' like consistency.

The Soap Cutter is made from metals such as aluminium, stainless steel, steel and a composite (ACM) base plate.

The cutting wires are from 0.4mm stainless spring steel and will last you a very long time. One spare wire is included with the cutter.

The Veeser Soap Cutter is available in a selection of colours, which are applied by powder coating.

When designing the cutter we made it our priority to incorporate practicality, accuracy and durability.

The hinge blocks are fitted with self lubricating bearings and will not wear out.

With the exception of the tubular base frame, all parts are CNC machined in house. Our capabilities allow us to manufacture a product with an unrivalled quality.

We are so confident in the lasting quality of the Veeser Soap Cutter that we include a 2 year warranty cover with each cutter sold (wires excluded).

The cutter will cut soap bars to a width of 30mm (inches = 1.1811" or 1 3/16").

Maximum usable depth of 90mm (3.5") with height being 63mm (2.5")

Log size

The cutter's base can accommodate a log length of 360mm (inches = 14.2").

With the optional available extension table attached a log length of 780mm (31") can be safely supported.
